Most people fall into financial crisis is not due to other people fault. It is because they fail to check how is their financial health from time to time. How to know if oneself having healthy financial health? Ask yourself and analysed this question.

1. How much do I earn per month?

2. How much do I need per month for daily expenses.?

3. How much is the total monthly installment do i have to pay? ( One self debt)

4. How much Do I save for retirement?

5. How much do I spare for emergency cases? ( medication and etc.)

Get all the figure on paper and work it out.

You will see whether you make enough per month to pay for all of the 5 questions above.

If you still manage to pay for item 2,3 and either item 4 or 5, then there is still time for you to save your financial situation.

However if you hardly make payment for all of the item 2,3,4 and 5 then you have to start doing something for your financial standing. The most crucial words if you are in this situation is do not make any loan anymore unless that loan can free you from this situation.
